At Chania Boats Rental, we offer boats for every skill level:
• No license required:
Olympic 490cc (5 meters), fiberglass , powered by a Yamaha 30hp outboard engine.
• License required:
Olympic 520cc (5.5 meters), fiberglass construction, powered by a Yamaha 100hp outboard engine.
• For experienced skippers with a license:
Mostro Family (8 meters), powered by a 200hp outboard engine.
All our boats are equipped with GPS navigation, allowing you to follow pre-set routes or create your own while complying with nautical regulations.
Safety & Comfort
There’s nothing to worry about!
All our boats are fully equipped with legal documentation and life-saving equipment. Plus, each boat includes a spare 4-6-15hp outboard engine, ensuring a safe return to the nearest port if needed.
Simply turn on the radio or Bluetooth device, sit back, and immerse yourself in the stunning shades of blue that will leave you in awe!
Private Cruises
For a private boat tour, we offer:
• Olympic 520cc (5.5 meters) with a 100hp engine.
• Mostro Family (8 meters) with a Mercury Verado V6 200hp, accommodating up to 9 people.
• Olympic 900 Hermes (9.5 meters) with twin Mercury Verado V8 engines, totaling 500hp, accommodating up to 7 people.
With an experienced skipper, you don’t have to worry about maritime regulations, docking spots, or unexpected weather changes—just relax and enjoy an incredible day at sea!

We had an amazing day out on the water with this boat charter in Chania. From the very start, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel welcome and comfortable. The RIB we chartered was spotless, comfortable, and felt very reliable, which made the whole trip stress-free and enjoyable.
What really stood out was how helpful the team were — they suggested some beautiful spots to visit, and every stop turned out to be even better than we expected. Crystal-clear waters, hidden coves, and stunning scenery made the day unforgettable.
A big plus for me was how fair they were with the fuel consumption charges. Unlike some other charters that can feel like they’re adding extra costs, these guys were completely transparent and made sure everything was calculated honestly. No hidden costs or extras. They also provided goggles and snorkels as well as a float and did not inflate any petrol fees. The staff gave us many great spots to explore which were truly fantastic and not touristic. The full boat day gave us a lot of time to explore.

The boat is equipped with GPS and a tracking app, so they can see where you are at all times. Communication was super easy through WhatsApp. You can follow the green route, which is perfect with this boat.
We had an amazing day — stopping at different spots to eat, swim, and jump from the boat. I highly recommend them, and if I come back here, I will definitely rent from them again!
